Hi my name is Lauren, I was born and bred in the sunny Hawke's Bay and have been lucky enough to be given this opportunity to work at Lulu and Max!

 

Ever since I was a young girl, I knew that I wanted to work with children, and here I am! As well as working here, I am also in my final year of studying early childhood.

 

I enjoy working with children as I want to be a person in a child's life who supports them with what they are doing, in order for them to achieve what they want. I strive to encourage children to become lifelong learners who are secure in their sense of resilience, belonging and self-worth.
